  • Yes, you need at least the bags because of food safety rules.

    You can order them on our gear website.

    Your order will only be approved if your application has been approved.

  • No, you need your own gear. Used gear has to be washed professionally or recycled depending on its current condition.

  • You do not need to pay for the gear.

    There is a deposit for certain items. Delivery is free and you do not need to pay the deposit upfront. The deposit is as follows:

    • Per bike bag: 5.250 kr.-

    • Car bag: 5250 kr.-

    • Jacket: 3275 kr.-

    • Pants: 2.600.-

    • Helmet: 2.600.-

    Please make sure to order all the items in one order only. Ordering several items in several orders is not permitted and will lead to the orders being canceled.

  • After we approve your gear order, it takes up to 2 weekdays to receive the order to your chosen Dropp location.

    Note: It might take up to 3 days for orders outside the capital area.

  • Returns due to duplicate orders are your financial responsibility, but all other types of returns are free. Please contact us in the Wolt Partners app to get help.

  • No. You can order your gear online and it will be shipped to your chosen Dropp location as soon as possible.
