Payments & invoicing

You have 2 options, self-invoicing or FreelancePay invoicing service:
Self-invoicing:
You need to send us an invoice for each payment cycle.
You need to handle deductions yourself or get a bookkeeper to help you (taxes, pension, etc.)
FreelancePay
FreelancePay invoices us on your behalf.
They pay all deductions on your behalf (taxes, pension, etc.) and pay you out.
They charge 4,49% for this service.

FreelancePay is an invoicing service that can handle invoicing and deductions that are legally required on your behalf.
They charge 4,49% for their services.

You can use an online invoicing software or buy an invoicing book in an office-supply store.

Wolt can’t help you regarding this issue as we are not tax experts.

Payment days depend on your invoicing method but there are 2 different payment cycles that we need to be invoiced for, 1st-15th and 16th-30th/31st:
FreelancePay
25th and 10th of every month.
Self-invoicing
Payment days vary, but we need around 10 days to process and pay your invoice.
It can take less or more than 10 days.
